Committed to community involvement, Nick is the President for the Charlotte County Chamber of Commerce, and he served as president of Charlotte County Chamber of Commerce Leadership Class 2016 and chaired the 2022 class. He serves on the boards of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Charlotte County and Punta Gorda Housing Authority and is Treasurer of the North Port High School Baseball Boosters Club. He is also a Board Member of the Community and Economic Advisory Board for the City of North Port and is a board member of the Charlotte DeSoto Building Industry Association. Holli’s community involvement includes volunteering with the Boys and Girls Club, where she educated local students about banking fundamentals. She also participated in the Lighthouse Project, supporting local agencies with supplies for foster families and local food pantries.

Elizabeth joined the Crews Bank & Trust Family in 2003, starting as a teller, then steadily climbing the ladder to her current position of Retail & Business Banking Director, Senior Vice President. She is responsible for setting the retail operational strategy to support the growth and service for the bank’s retail business line. Angie earned a Bachelor of Science in finance from the University of South Florida, graduating summa cum laude. Before joining Charlotte State Bank & Trust, she worked as an investment consultant and senior financial consultant, earning numerous accolades for proficiency in attracting and maintaining clients. She also mentored, trained, and developed interns, assistants, and consultants and conducted educational seminars for clients and future clients. Rich utilizes more than 30 years of experience in banking, finance, and investment management to help ensure his clients achieve their desired financial objectives for themselves and their heirs.

Christine is a past member of the Florida Bar Grievance Committee, a past president of the Business & Professional Women of Charlotte County, and past interim president and treasurer of the Charlotte Estate Planning Council. She is a former member of the board of directors of the Charlotte Symphony Orchestra, the Visual Arts Center’s Executive Committee and the Development Committee of the Charlotte County Jazz Society. Born in Mexico, Gloria has been living in Arcadia since she was six years old. Being fluent in English and Spanish enables her to communicate with a diverse array of customers, which is what she enjoys most about her job. She engages her customers with her vibrant personality, knowledge, and expertise, and she goes above and beyond to help them obtain the financing they need to acquire the home of their dreams. When not at the bank, Brad spends time with his family 's “hobby herd” of about 40 cows, watching college football and hunting.

Prior to joining the Bank in 2015, he served as Senior Vice President or Vice President at three other Sarasota area financial institutions, concentrating on commercial banking and wealth management. Brad’s journey into the working world started at the age of ten, when he began working part-time in the family business, where he continued for the next fifteen years. Over the years, he gained experience in various roles, starting as a teller and spending a decade in the savings and loan Industry before making a move to a commercial bank in 1985.

In 1990, she became an officer and in 1997 was named Executive Vice President. She was appointed President of one of Crews Bank & Trust’s legacy banks, Wauchula State Bank, in January 2018. When the Bank unified in September 2023, Donna was named Market President for Hardee, Highlands, and Polk counties. Throughout his education and career, Eric has shown his passion for banking and finance. He holds a Bachelor of Science in finance from the University of Florida, where he graduated cum laude, and a Master of Business Administration from Florida Gulf Coast University.
In her spare time, she enjoys motorcycle rides with her husband of ten years, exploring and sharing the warmth of Florida beaches with family from out of state. Brandi is the Retail and Business Banking Officer of the Bank's Murdock office. In this position, she manages the day-to-day operations of the branch while also creating a focused business plan for future growth and success.

Scott enjoys hiking in Montana, Oregon, Utah and Washington, cruising, Fantasy Football and photography (taking pictures wildlife and waterfalls). A graduate of the Leadership Charlotte Class of 2008, Kelly has served on the board of Drug Free Charlotte County. She was an ambassador of the Charlotte County Chamber of Commerce, member of the United Way Impact Panel and vice chair of the Charlotte County Chapter of the American Red Cross. She is a Past President of the North Port area Chamber (2022), and still serves on several committees within the Chamber. When Shirley joined the Bank in 2019, she brought 25 years of experience in Trust and Finance to her new role as a Vice President and Trust Officer. She began her career as a probate paralegal for a prominent Sarasota, Fla., law firm, then served as a Personal Trust Specialist and Trust Officer for a pair of major financial institutions.

Although Debbie’s roots are in West Virginia's Hardy County, she has called Florida home for over 30 years and currently resides in Zolfo Springs. Her banking career began in 1991 when she moved to Florida, and since 1999 she has been a part of our team, transitioning from a personal banker to a Business Relationship Banker. She relocated her family to Florida in 2004 and joined the Bank two years later. She initially was part of the bank’s “float team,” filling in as needed as a teller or customer service representative. She subsequently became a senior teller, and in mid-2007 she was named Gulf Cove Office Branch Manager.
She continued working in banking part-time and during summer breaks while studying marketing and communication at the University of Alaska Fairbanks and Washington State University. She later became a full-time teller and personal banker before spending time working in insurance, budget management, contract management and as an event coordinator. Lindsey joined our Bank as a personal banker in 2021 at the Boca Grande location. In this position, she provided a full range of banking services to customers while maintaining a friendly, professional and caring attitude. In her free time, Lindsey enjoys the Florida sunshine by fishing, boating, golfing and lounging by the pool or at the beach. A native Floridian born and raised in Fort Meade, Nettie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Southeastern University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Warner University.

When not at the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, cooking and dancing. Her journey in the banking industry began after graduating high school in 1995, followed by further education and completion of the Principles of Banking. In 2020, Jennifer earned the prestigious Universal Banking certification from the Florida Banking Association, enhancing her abilities to provide tailored financial solutions. Nettie is an active member of the Kiwanis Club of Wauchula, serving as president, vice president and secretary. She is highly involved in the annual Kiwanis Clay Shoot, helping raise funds for the children in her community. Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, he graduated from Canarsie High School.
Marilyn started at the Bank in 1983 and worked for over 3 years before becoming a stay-at-home mom for her son. She returned in 2000, working first as a teller, a personal banker and then was promoted to branch operations manager. Joanne joined the Bank in 2018 in the Credit Risk department, where she proved to be an invaluable asset. In the fall of 2020, she entered a training period to transition to a commercial banker for the bank’s Highlands County market. She spent time in both credit analysis and loan operations to expand her knowledge before beginning her lending and business development duties full time. After the Navy, Ben served as Operations Manager for a boat manufacturing plant while getting his MBA (Master of Business Administration) from Western Governors University.
She joined the Bank in 2006 and continued her education, completing the Florida School of Banking. Nettie has worked in various positions at the bank, including customer service, as well as working with Financial Services. Nettie has recently taken a new position as a Business Relationship Bank in our Wauchula office. She assists small businesses to grow utilizing our services such as commercial loans, deposit accounts, cash management services and merchant services. Becky graduated from Venice High School in 1997, attended Manatee Community College, took a Dale Carnegie self-improvement course, and completed numerous banking-related classes.
